Our HR Start-up Kit includes all the documentation and actions required to establish you as an employer in California. Our hands-on delivery includes assisting you in setting up your HR function and training your staff to manage it.

Our HR Start-up Kit includes:

Guidance in establishing the basics required for human resources administration for California employers. This will include those items mandated by state or federal regulations, including Cal-OSHA.
The required documentation needed for hiring and terminating employees, with sample documents for your customization.
A template for an offer letter, including at-will language.
Required employment postings, including legal postings, your Industrial Wage Order and a customized sexual harassment policy.
Up to four hours of HR consulting time for you to use as needed. This will include training your staff and our on site implementation of the HR Start-up Kit.
