Our total liability to you under this agreement for damages, costs, and expenses, regardless of cause, shall not exceed the compensation paid to Larkin Benefit Administrators dba Silvers HR by you under this agreement.  You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Larkin Benefit Administrators dba Silvers HR, its managers, members, officers, employees and agents, harmless from any losses, claims, demands, actions or damages (including any and all actual, consequential and punitive expenses, and attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to the services rendered to you hereunder or otherwise. 

*Documents will be emailed in a zip file and will be a mix of editable forms and documents. This purchase does not include updates to documents. CA State required pamphlet/notice will be mailed within 5 business days of purchase (5 copies of the DE 2320 – For Your Benefit). All sales are final and non-refundable.
