Susan’s Bio

HR Consultant

Susan Breslauer, SPHR, PHRca brings over 15 years of HR in the private sector and 20 years in HR consulting. She was the first Silvers HR Consultant hired in 2002. Prior to rejoining Silvers HR, she worked as an HR Lead, managing all aspects of the employment lifecycle for a behavioral health company with over 200 employees. She holds a B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley in Social Sciences with an emphasis in Human Resources.

Much of Susan’s private sector work has been in employee benefits and salary administration, compliance, HR information systems, performance management, leaves of absence and employee relations, in both union and non-union environments.

Susan holds certifications from HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a Professional in Human Resources – California.

When Susan isn’t working, you may find her on a Pilates mat and inspiring healthy living as a health and nutrition coach. She loves spending time with her family on Russian Hill in San Francisco.
