Sr. HR Consultant

Jennifer Lippi, J.D., SPHR, PHRca, is a Senior HR Consultant and brings over 15 years of HR and employment law experience from both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Silvers HR, LLC, Jennifer represented management in the litigation of wrongful termination, employment discrimination and wage and hour issues, and provided counseling to companies on state and federal labor and employment laws. She holds a B.S. from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and a J.D. from McGeorge School of Law.

Much of Jennifer’s work has been in legal compliance, training, and employee relations issues in both union and non-union environments. She has represented employers before various agencies, including the DFEH, Labor Commissioner, CalOSHA, WCAB and NLRB.

She also holds certifications from the HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and Professional in Human Resources- California.

When Jennifer isn’t keeping up-to-date on all things HR, you will find her learning everything she can about interior design. She publishes an interior design blog and her home has been featured on several virtual home tours.
