Sarah Peterson began her career in the telecommunications industry, developing strong skills in organization, strategic planning, and execution as a project manager. Mid-career, Sarah discovered a passion and aptitude for human resources and made a deliberate shift into the field. Prior to joining Silvers HR, Sarah served as an HR Manager in the construction industry, where she was a department of one—responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compliance, and employee relations. This hands-on experience gives her a deep understanding of the real-world challenges many clients face, particularly in small and mid-sized organizations. 

Sarah is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and brings practical, people-focused HR solutions tailored to client’s unique business needs.

When she’s not working with clients, Sarah enjoys life on her small ranch, where she and her family raise cattle, chickens, and dogs. She loves cooking, gardening, working on projects around the ranch and anything else that keeps her outdoors and creating memories with her family.
