Kate Smith, SHRM CP, brings progressive human resources experience supporting small and mid-sized, multi state organizations. She has built her career supporting organizations in healthcare and at a law firm, where she led initiatives to enhance employee engagement, strengthen compliance programs, and improve HR processes across the organization. Her experience spans strategic HR operations, risk management, recruitment, and workplace investigations, with a focus on aligning people strategies with organizational goals.

Known for her collaborative approach and dedication to fostering positive, compliant workplace cultures, she is passionate about helping teams and leaders thrive. Kate is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management as a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Colorado. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their Border Collie, Lance, and loves hiking, traveling, practicing yoga, reading, cooking, and connecting with family and friends.
