Celesti Ripley, SPHR, PHRca, brings over 25 years of human resources experience across diverse industries, including finance, healthcare, and manufacturing. Before joining Silvers HR, LLC, Celesti held roles such as Employee Relations Consultant, Senior HR Generalist, and Senior HR Business Partner, where she supported multi-state operations with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and training & development. She also served as HR Generalist Manager, overseeing various HR functions, including employee relations.
Celesti is certified by HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a Professional in Human Resources-California (PHRca).
Outside of work, Celesti enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, biking, traveling, gardening, canning, and caring for her animals.
